GOAL: Create a poster for Typography class advertising an event at a national design museum.

APPROACH: I wanted to capture the 'design' in features of a typeface. Since this project was for a design museum, I wanted to show how a typeface was constructed while also coming together to make the whole poster.

SOLUTION: I focused heavily on the typography in this project. I decided to show the baseline and construction lines of this typeface to emphasize that design isn't an accident and it has a history to it -- emphasizing that this event was in a museum. I repeated these lines throughout to visually bring all the of the text together, using little color for accenting purposes.
